I was learning to measure and estimate.  I know to start from 0 or cm.

I can sort animals into their habitats.  It was easy because I have seen these animals on TV and in books.  We have been learning this in class.

I was learning to  summarise the main parts in a story.  I learnt not to write all of the story.  It was easy because you have all of the info that you need.

I was learning to write topic words.  I can use 5 senses to describe a topic.  It was easy because you have all the info that you need.

I was learning to multiply by using repeated addition. I found it easy because I could add and subtract for the answer.

I was learning to summarise the information in stories.  I learnt summarising is saying everything but shorter.  It was easy to do it because it is very short and there was not much to write.

I can use capital letters after full stops or when its I. I find the ones after a full stop easier because its easier to remember.

I was learning to use place value with 3 digit numbers. I learnt to match the hundreds, tens and ones. It was easy because the ones, tens and hundreds were all ways in the same spot.

Make inferences

I was learning to make inferences and make a guess using the clues. It was easy to do it because you got to make your own inferences and there was no right or wrong.  

My welcome post 2018

Welcome to my year 4 learning blog.  This year I am in room 12 and my teacher is Miss Lister.   I enjoy handwriting . This year I am looking  forward to getting 70. I hope you will enjoy my blog and leave lots of comments and feedback.
